Yappy Daily Bible Verse Bracelet

How does it work?

This bracelet is easy to use with just a simple tap-and-receive feature makes it convenient to access your daily verse. You will need to hold it firmly a few seconds in some cases.

Yappy works with 95% of phones can by simply tapping your bracelet and reading the NFC chip inside. Because it uses a NFC chip no app is needed it works like the chip in a credit card or even the DOT contact bracelet.

iPhones: The NFC reader is near the top, so your best placement option is along the top back edge of your phone.

Androids: The NFC reader is near the middle, so the bottom or top will work. Do note, some Androids are compatible but just need to enable NFC in settings.

Yappy claims that the bracelets are water proof and can be fully submerged in water for up to 1 hour!

My review and experience:

Now I will share my review and experience in using Yappy. I will also share videos on social media too.

The bracelet is reversible, so you can wear it on either side. I do like that!

I ordered it on Sunday, September 8, 2024. On Monday, September 9, I get notice DHL has the package. But I also got one from USPS too. I have watched both tracking numbers with no updates until very late in the evening on September 12.

I got my Yappy Bracelet on Saturday, September 14, 2024 in a very thin envelope.

It is soft feeling and stretchy. Maybe made of a nylon type material, it is a bit bulky where the NFC chip is located but it is not bothersome at least for me. I don’t even notice it, I wore it for a week.

It worked on my iPhone 11, at the top corner. My wife’s Samsung worked she had to turn on the NFC setting first. These might not work with a real thick case.

I got one Bible verse while my wife got another verse testing it out on her phone and yes we did it on the same day. The Bible verse is redirected to a website they use to host the daily Bible verses.

I purchased a Yappy bracelet for this review. I ordered the God is Greater than our highs and lows version. It was not given to me, I wanted to see what the craze is and if it was worth it. That is why I am doing this review.

The Yappy bracelets claims it can be fully submerged in water for up to 1 hour! So I might wear mine while in the shower to see.

My first Bible verse using the Yappy Bracelet was Ephesians 2:8-9

I did notice you can switch to Spanish, however it doesn’t give the same verse in Spanish but a different one like the one below.

In order to get Spanish click the eclipse (…) at the bottom.

On the second day we tested it on both of our phones … the iPhone gave one verse, while the Samsung gave another verse.

It is very stretchy and I tried to put it on and it went flying, like a rubber band. Watch out for that.

So far Steve seems to like and thinks you and your youth would love it too. It is a very techy bracelet and those who love technology would love it too.

It might encourage at least a daily Bible verse reading habit.

I bought and paid for this Yappy Bracelet and did the review for my readers and anyone who happens to visit this blog post.

I have noticed there are knock off bracelets that are similar, if you search NFC Christian bracelets you can find some, plus you can find some on Temu. Steve actually bought one from Temu and tries it out.

The one from Temu comes from what they claim to be a local shop. The name of this shop is Heavenly Jewelry. These are about half the cost and looks almost identical … but the logo NFC Spot. That one was ordered on September 15, Steve received it on September 20, 2024.

It works just the same but a different website for the verse. It is only in English. It took a bit longer to respond to the NFC chip. It feels and looks pretty much identical, except the logo spot where the NFC chip is.

If you reload the generic one from Heavenly Jewelry the verse is the same … the background changes.

Update: The Generic one stopped working on both mine abc my wife’s phones, Yappy is still working. I’d go with Yappy!
