World Rhino Day

World Rhino Day – Day set aside for the rhinoceros. #WorldRhinoDay

Just like National Elephant Appreciation Day, World Rhino Day is celebrated annually on September 22. I couldn’t find when or how this day started. Many zoos will do special things with the rhinos on this day. Check with your local zoo for more information.

Rhino is short for rhinoceros.
