Why do we clean our eye glasses?
Jerry, a guy I worked with youth before called and checked on me and told me about that. He said I can use it to write about it too. He said God said Jerry, why do you clean your eye glasses? He said so I can see clearer. God said right. I do the same to you.
Later that day, Jerry, saw a coworker cleaning his eye glasses. So he asked his coworker, why do you clean your eye glasses, the coworker replied with the same answer to see clearer.
So that gave Jerry a chance to share how God can does the same to us. That God cleans us, similar to us cleaning our eye glasses, so that we can see clearer.
I love how God can show us how to share the gospel or even something about Him using objects like that and analogies. I have used a lot of them throughout this blog ministry in blog post such as this one. Below are a couple examples of some.
