We should be exercising daily not only physically, but spiritually too! We must be walking with God daily. A walk with God involved prayer (talking with God), reading His Word (the Bible), Being in Worship and Fellowship and much more. Another key part is running from sin. We must repent or turn away from sin. We must do it as fast as we can.
