My wife and I got to listen to this Christian radio station while we visited The National Quilt Museum in Western Kentucky. We got to hear some older Christian music we haven’t heard in a while and even some new Christian music songs too.

A Ministry First, Radio Station Second

Thrive FM is more than just a radio station; it’s a ministry dedicated to uplifting the body of Christ through praise and worship music. The station’s mission is encapsulated in its motto: “Jesus plus nothing.” This philosophy is inspired by Philippians 4:8, which encourages believers to focus on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy³.

Music That Inspires

Listeners of Thrive FM are treated to a rich tapestry of contemporary Christian music. The station features artists like Casting Crowns, Hillsong, Big Daddy Weave, Aaron Shust, MercyMe, and Matt Redman³. This diverse lineup ensures that there’s something for everyone, whether you’re seeking solace, inspiration, or a moment of worship.

Community and Connection

Thrive FM is deeply rooted in the community. It serves as a resource for worship leaders and musicians in local churches, helping them discover new songs to introduce to their congregations². The station also hosts various community events and encourages listeners to get involved, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.

Listener-Supported and Faith-Driven

As a listener-supported station, Thrive FM relies on the generosity of its audience. The station does not sell commercials or receive government grants. Instead, it raises funds through business and church underwriters, as well as individual contributors³. This model ensures that the station remains true to its mission, free from commercial influences.

Tune In and Be Blessed

Whether you’re a long-time listener or new to the station, Thrive FM invites you to tune in and experience the power of praise and worship music. Let the uplifting melodies and inspiring messages fill your heart and home, reminding you of the boundless love and grace of Jesus Christ.
