The Incredible Race VBS

The Incredible Race VBS is the 2019 Answers in Genesis (AiG) theme for Vacation Bible School. This theme is about One Family, One Race, One Savior. #IncredibleRace

I am not sure how many churches are using it this year. My church, True Life Church, is doing the 2018 theme, Time Lab. I think I will try to write about them. In the past, I have wrote about Lifeway’s themes each year, this year, 2019 is In the Wild. So I may now write about AiG’s themes too.

This VBS seems to go over the one race, the human race and how we are one family and we have one Savior.

Day by Day Study:

• 1st Day – Ready, Set, Go: Before Babel (Racing Through Genesis 1-1)
• 2nd Day – Hitting a Roadblock: At Babel (Genesis 11:1-9)
• 3rd Day – One Race, Many Nations: After Babel (Genesis 10; Psalm 139; and Acts 17:26)
• 4th Day – One Way—Jesus: Babel and the Gospel (Revelation 7:9–10)
• 5th Day – Green Light—GO: Why Babel Matters Today (Luke 10:25-37)

I am not sure what the week’s Bible Verse to memorize is. I do know this VBS has an Apologiestics focus. If you know, please feel free to share in the comments below.
