The Competing Church – Is your church out there trying to complete against the other churches or are they trying to help complete other churches.

The Competing Church

A Church should not be competing against another church. There will not this church or that church in heaven. Nor will there be this denomination or that denomination in heaven either. They only thing the “Church” as in the collective church is to win souls for Jesus! We shouldn’t try to steal members from Church A to go to Church B, etc. We must work together not against each other.

My wife, Heather in a blog post on SimplySpokn, mentioned about churches competing. I like this of what she said.

If churches would stop competing and instead work together to Love God, love others and serve both, the result could be more people making a commitment to Jesus. And imagine how many needs could be met by working together!
