I list a few ways it seems kids always comes to you and the best time to get their attention.
Then they will come out and start asking you all kinds of questions on these things.

Sure Fire Way To Get Your Kids Attention!

1. Get on the Phone and Talk to Someone!
2. Begin your Daily Devotion, Quiet Time, Read the Bible.
3. Do your College Homework

So if you want to get their attention, maybe go and do one of those activities. Then when they come, now that I have your attention and tell them what you wanted to share.

As children of God do we only go to God at certain times or do we go to God all the time?
I am glad that God is never busy for us. God can handle all our request at one time. Every Child of His.
We can talk to God directly. I am so glad of that.
