Started Men’s Leadership Training at my church
The Purpose of Men’s Leadership Training
To develop men as disciples of Jesus and leaders in their families and the body of Christ. It is the prayer and goal of my church that God would use this to develop leaders at True Life and prepare men for God’s calling on their lives in other fields of ministry.
The Men’s Leadership Training will be a high commitment process that will require discipline by committing to the whole process; which will include attendance, homework, and supporting our brothers in the class as we go through the process.
On our First year, we will go over leadership and doctrine by doing an inductive Bible Study where we will learn how to study the Bible for yourself, preparing lessons, etc.
Plus, going over 8 Habits of Effective Small Group Leaders
The second year is the Masterlife, which start next year, August of 2025.
MasterLife is a discipleship training program designed to help Christians grow in their relationship with God. It’s a structured approach that covers various aspects of the Christian faith.
When I start that next year, I just may blog on it some.
Does your church offer classes like this? If so, please feel free to to share in the comments.
So please keep me and my fellow brothers taking these classes in your prayers.
