Na = Sodium

C = Carbon

H = Hydrogen

O = Oxygen

Sodium citrate is what makes nacho cheese smooth. And it’s made out of four elements: sodium, carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, whose chemical symbols spell out NaCHO or Na-C-H-O.

Just something that I heard on Air1 from Dan & Michelle.
