My response to a ministry business post – Yes, your employees shouldn’t be treated like this, yet we do live in a fallen sinful world. But, no matter how people treat us, we should still treat them as Jesus would.
My response to a ministry business post
So I’m gonna vent for a minute. I’m very disappointed how our employees were treated today at *********. We are a ministry and we treat people the way God expect us to treat people and we expect the same. If you can’t then your not welcome in our store.
Undisclosed ministry business post
We have to remember the people mistreated Jesus too, yet He still went to them and would never push away anyone, instead He would show them the way to everlasting and God’s love. We still must be the light no matter how people treat us.
To this ministry business by you not welcoming them in your store that does not show the love of Christ.
We cannot expect the unsaved to act like the saved, that is why we show them the love of God to them so they can see it. Doing it that way can lead them further away or not at all to Jesus.
Yes, I do know you want them to respect your employees and rightfully so but there might be another way to try to get that. Remember turn the other cheek?
We are to treat others better than they treat us, doing so is like putting heaping hot coals on them.
I left the name of the ministry business off. I also waited some time to publish this post too.
