Don’t Pray For Life To Be Easy Church Sign

I saw and took a picture of this sign in April of 2014 and just now posting it. This church sign comes from the Jefferson City Assembly of God in Jefferson City, TN. This church sign reads …

Don’t pray for life to be easy, but pray for yourself to be strong.

Don't Pray For Life To Be Easy Church Sign - Don't Pray for Life to be easy, but pray for yourself to be strong.. (Jefferson City Assembly of God) Church Sign

This is very true. When we become a Christian, life isn’t going to get easier. As a matter of fact, it might get harder. That is because Satan will attack us even more. We were also told, we will be persecuted by the World, because they persecuted Christ. We just have to pray for strength. This strength only comes from God. He will see us through. He will never leave us or forsake us. He makes His yoke easy for us.

Yoke in the Bible – What is it?

I recently started a series called Church Sign Saturday. I plan to share with you a church sign every Saturday. These will be ones that I see as I come across them. If you have one you would like featured, you can always send me one. You must be the one that took the photo and it must actually be of the church sign.

Make sure you follow this blog! You don’t want to miss another Church Sign Saturday or even any other future blog post.
