LED Headlights on our cars – I recently changed out both our cars with LED headlines and I wanted to share the experience. As we know, more and more things are changing out to LED and also becoming less expensive.
I found a site that has double sided LED headlight replacements for our cars (Toyota Camry & Nissan Sentra). They were cheaper for a set, that means two bulbs, than the ultra brights.
For example, at the time of this posting, Ultra Bright bulbs were around $50 for a set. The double sided LED bulbs were $20 for a set. Of course, prices change change without notice at places.
I have noticed a huge difference. I can see the light further and wider. Even the street signs reflect more, including ones further out. We used the white LED.
I did see other LED headlight replacements that has 4 way LED. Means it has LED on 4 sides. The ones I got only has them on 2 sides.
They were very easy to replace just like regular halogen bulbs. Plus, they also claim they are waterproof. I also know they have a fan on the back of the lights, to help keep them cool.
I recommend changing them out. Just google your headlight part and put LED and you will find all kinds. Like our cars one used H4 and the other H13 bulb. Or you can search by your year, make and model and put in LED bulbs.
LED bulbs usually do tend to last longer and tend to use less electricity.
I may update this post, as we use them for a longer period of time, as they were just recently installed. I am not sure the brand, the box has C6 on it. Just like the one pictured in this blog post.
I paid for our LED headlights for our cars and just sharing this with my readers. That means, I am not getting anything for this review.
