Get cash back on items you already buy at the store with Ibotta
I really like this app, because it uses a lot of things I normally buy to help me earn cash back. I can get my cash back put into my PayPal Account or I can get various gift cards. You can redeem your cash back when you reach $20. It didn’t take me too long to get to $20 with the help of the starter $10. (See below how you can get that same kind of offer too).
Link Value Cards
You can even link your value cards too. In my case, I linked my Food City Value Card and it knows if you purchased the required items to earn the cash back. Or you can use it at Walmart. You would scan the UPC code of the item you bought and then then QR code or the complete receipt from Walmart. (Same applies to other types of retail stores). At the time of this blog post, it shows there are over 224 supported stores.
Items often on list
- Milk
- Eggs
- Chips
- Bananas
- Strawberries
- Bread
- Snacks
- Yogurt
- Clothing
- Health and Beauty Supplies
- Meats
- Frozen Foods
- Dairy Products
- and much more!
Cash back
A great way to help you earn cash back on items you already purchase too. It is almost like having a coupon, but better. Granted you don’t get the money off right away, but you will get it back like I mentioned on various types gift card or PayPal. You can pick!
I choose PayPal, as you can see from the screenshot, it did deposit it into my account as well. Not to mention, it came into my PayPal account right way too. As I mentioned, you can choose to put it on a gift card, like an iTunes gift card, Walmart Gift card, Starbucks Gift card and much more. It took me about a month to get the threshold. It could take you shorter time or it could take you longer. I don’t shop that much, but I am sure if you shop a lot, you you could earn it faster.
There is another one similar to this that I am testing out too. So far this one, I seem to earn faster on it than the other one. The other one is called Checkout 51.
Do you know of other apps similar to this? If so please share what that app is.
