New Testament 10 & 2
- Matthew 10:2 – Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;
- Mark 10:2 – The Pharisees came and asked Him, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?” testing Him.
- Luke 10:2 – Then He said to them, “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.
- John 10:2 – But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
- Acts 10:2 – a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, who gave alms generously to the people, and prayed to God always.

- Colossians – Only goes up to 4 chapters, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- 1 Thessalonians – Only goes up to 5 chapters, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- 2 Thessalonians – Only goes up to 3 chapters, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- 1 Timothy – Only goes up to 6 chapters, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- 2 Timothy – Only goes up to 4 chapters, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- Titus – Only goes up to 3 chapters, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- Philemon – Only has 1 chapter, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- Hebrews 10:2 – For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins.
- James – Only goes up to 5 chapters, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- 1 Peter– Only goes up to 5 chapters, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- 2 Peter – Only goes up to 3 chapters, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- 1 John – Only goes up to 5 chapters, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- 2 John– Only has 1 chapter, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- 3 John – Only has 1 chapter, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- Jude – Only has 1 chapter, so no 10 & 2 in this Book
- Revelation 10:2 – He had a little book open in his hand. And he set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land,
There are 30 Books of the Bible, out of 66 Books, with less than 10 chapters. So there are short books in the Bible that you can read easily. That is just under half the Bible. I indicated in italics those with less than 10 chapters and how many chapters they have, see above.
Again, these are just one verse, to get an idea of what is going on, you will need to read the context of what is going on. You will need to read more than just that one verse!
