That is so true! When we are in the valley, God is doing a lot in our lives and even the lives of those around us. We can still praise God in the valley or even on the mountain top.

Often valleys help make us who we are. It is often where we grow and learn more about God.

Think of it this way, we often have to go through the valley to get where we are going. Often, there is no avoiding the valley either. Just remember, God is with us always in the valley. He will never leave us, nor forsake us!

Often, once you reach the top! YOu can look back and see where God has taken you and got you through. For example the beautiful view of Clinch Mountain at the Veterans Overlook.
