God-Jesus (poem)

This is a poem I had written 11/17/1998 entitled God-Jesus\

This is a diamond type poem. You use one word on the top and bottom.  Then you form a diamond with the number of words. Like this one is 7 lives. 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 3 -2 – 1. These numbers represent the number of words for each line.

About

Basically you talk about two things in this poem and describe it. In this poem I talk about God and Jesus. The middle line can be what the both have in common.

In this poem I say that God is one powerful. I also say that God caring and that God is living. God penned the Bible. God sent is Son Jesus to die on the Cross. He is the creator of Earth and Heaven.

Then I talk about Jesus. The Bible is all about Jesus. Both the Old Testament and the New Testament. Jesus came to Earth to die on the Cross for sins. Jesus is now sitting on the right hand of God in Heaven, interceding on our behalf. Jesus is also loving, caring and living. Plus, Jesus lived a Holy, Sinless life so He could become the replacement of the sacrificial lamb.
