This is my kind of day. I love taking naps! This day is also held annually on January 3. However, I am not sure who or when this day of sleep was created.

What does the Bible have to say about Sleep?

After all, God rested too! We should rest too. But, remember “True Rest” is only found in Jesus Christ.
