Drive-Thru Trunk-or-Treats – The CDC announced they recommend no Trunk-or-Treats or Trick-or-Treating, however that is not stopping some local churches who is doing the Trunk-or-Treats a little different this time!
Drive-Thru Trunk-or-Treats
They are doing the Drive-Thru Trunk-or-Treats. So in stead of you getting out of your car and kids go trunk to trunk, you just drive thru and get the treats while being in your car. To keep with social distancing at Halloween.
Maybe taking off of the Graduation Drive-Thru and Birthday Drive-Thru due to social distancing and having to wear face masks.
I am not totally sure how this will run, maybe each church or place doing a Trunk-or-Treat will be different. If your church, ministry or business is doing one, feel free to share how you plan to do this in the comments below.
One such church posted on their Facebook that parking attendants will help guide you through.
Just guessing on the premise, you and your family stay in your car, you pull around the parking lot to each trunk and the person at that trunk will hand the treats over to the child(ren) in the car.
However, some churches, businesses, ministries, towns, cities, etc. are decided to not partake this year.
