Christ arose from the dead! So you can get out of bed and go worship Him

Christ arose from the dead! So you can get out of bed and go worship Him. What a glorious truth we have to celebrate—the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! The very cornerstone of our faith, the resurrection stands as a testament to the victory of light over darkness, life over death, and hope over despair. In the words of the apostle Paul, “but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭15‬:‭57‬.

As we reflect on the significance of Christ’s resurrection, let us be reminded of the profound impact it has on our lives today. Because Christ arose from the dead, we have hope—hope for forgiveness, hope for redemption, and hope for eternal life. Through His sacrifice and triumph over death, we are offered the gift of salvation, freely given to all who believe in Him.

But the resurrection is not merely a historical event to be remembered once a year. It is a present reality that should shape our daily lives and our worship. Because Christ arose from the dead, we have the assurance that He is alive and present with us always. As we rise each morning, let us do so with hearts full of gratitude and reverence, eager to worship the risen King.

Let us not be like the disciples on that first Easter morning, who initially greeted the news of the resurrection with disbelief and doubt. Instead, let us embrace the truth of Christ’s victory over the grave with unwavering faith and joy. Let us allow the reality of His resurrection to permeate every aspect of our lives, filling us with hope, courage, and purpose.

So, dear friends, I urge you: rise from your beds with gladness in your hearts, knowing that Christ has conquered sin and death once and for all. Let us gather together in worship, lifting our voices in praise and adoration to the One who is worthy of all honor and glory. For He is not a distant God, but a living Savior who invites us into a relationship with Him, offering us abundant life both now and for all eternity.

May the reality of Christ’s resurrection inspire us to live boldly for Him, sharing the good news of His love and redemption with a world in need. And may we never cease to marvel at the wonder of His resurrection power, which continues to transform lives and bring hope to the hopeless.

The End of an Era: Redbox Shuts Down All Kiosks — In a move that marks the end of an era, Redbox, the iconic DVD rental service, is shutting down all of its kiosks. This decision comes as part of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation by its parent company, Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment¹². For over two decades, Redbox has been a familiar sight at grocery stores, convenience stores, and Walmarts across the United States, offering a convenient way to rent movies and games. However, the rise of digital streaming services has significantly impacted the demand for physical media, leading to this unfortunate outcome. #Redbox
