August 11, is my blogaversary. It is a made up word composed of two words. One Blog and the other Anniversary to make blogaversary.
I have been blogging since 2004. That’s a total of 11 years.
Actually before that, but this was the first time I didn’t used LiveJournal (kept like a journal blog on my two hobbies) and went to my own hosted domain. I then blogged about two hobbies of mine. Collecting business cards and tracking currency on Where’s George. (I no longer do those hobbies)
I believe around 2010 or so, I added doing Christian Blogging on that old domain. In 2012, I lost the domain name I had since 2004, cardeologist.com.
Then, I registered this domain that you are viewing the blog on now in October 2012. I imported all the blog entries, but I deleted all blog post that were about business cards or Where’s George, but the ones where I explained why I stopped them.
I am glad I had back up copies of all the post that I did want to keep and save. I kept the Bible and Christian Ones. I also kept any recipe, family oriented or safety tip ones, etc.
I turned my blog over to Him and allowed Him to use me in it. I want to give God the glory for all that He has done in that time. The increase in traffic and readers. I cannot do this without Him. He is the one that inspires me to write on here. He is the one that gives me what I feel led that needs to be shared on here.
Today I have over 1,100 blog post live. Plus, I have tons of ideas that I feel led to blog on. I have also been blogging on Christian Ministries, Christian Businesses, Recipes, Family Stuff and even attractions to take your family on top of Christian Bible Lessons.
