A Touching Speech by the Father of the Bride

Check out this touching speech given by the Father of the Bride to Phillip the Groom.

If you haven’t watched the video, the below might be a bit of a spoiler. So click play before reading any more, because below will sum it up.

It starts off Once Upon a time there was a father, and in case you can’t figure it out, that me. Listen as this dad goes on to talk to Phillip about raising his daughter. This dad makes sure Phillip knows what he is getting.

The Father of the Bride goes on to talk about how he Prayed make her like her mom. He did that. Then, I prayed make her like me. And He did. Then, He prayed to make her like the Lord. And He did. She had a serving heart and told others about Jesus.

This video ends with the Father of the Bride telling Phillip he is giving him the best thing he has. The father of the bride also adds, how hard him and God has worked on his daughter. He ends by giving a simple word of advice … “Don’t screw it up!”
