Sixty seconds equals one minute. So when we are angry, we lose that happiness. So don’t lose that minute of happiness with anger.

The Bible even tells us

²⁶ Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, ²⁷ and do not give the devil an opportunity.

Do not let the sun go down on your anger. Fix that issue right away. Make peace! FORGIVE so you can be forgiven!
