Day 28
I am thankful for gifts that God gives us to benefit His Kingdom. Like I have a gift of doing graphic design. I use it to help His Kingdom.I give my free time for my church to do some graphic design when needed. I also help other ministries out with some graphic design too. Another gift I have is, using this blog to share others about His Kingdom. I believe I have a couple of other gifts. I believe I have a gift of love. I even have a tiny birthmark of a heart. I also feel I have the gift of encouragement. I love to encourage others to do their best, especially their best for God. A true friend will bring you closer to God, not away.
These gifts are gifts if we use them for the benefit of the Kingdom. But if we use them for our selfish gain, then that is called a talent, not a gift. A gift is what you use to benefit the Kingdom of God. A Talent is what you use to benefit yourself.
November is the month we celebrate Thanksgiving and what we are thankful for. We should thank God for all He has done for us daily not just one month if the year or even one day of the year, but daily and multiple times each day. Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). We ought to give thanks when we pray.
I figured I would share mine on my blog. Most people are sharing theirs on Facebook, Twitter or other forms of social media. By me sharing mine on my blog, it will also be shared on my social media as well. So share your thankful stories to other people and what God has done for you, but also remember to thank God for all he has provided, delivered and much more.
What are you thankful for? Please share with your comments below.
