Paul was also shipwrecked on his trip to Rome. He was bitten by a viper, but did not suffer any bad effects.

Paul was a humble man as he considered himself the “chiefest of sinners” (1 Timothy 1) as he persecuted the Church of Christ.

As you pointed out, Paul was one of the greatest, most godly and accomplished Christians / followers of Yahweh and his sonJesus Christ in all of human history, but he did NOT write most of the New Testament. In fact, by word count, he only wrote 28% or just over a quarter of the New Testament.
